Dietary Advice

For best results use in conjunction with life-style changes such as avoiding certain food groups, reducing exposure to pollutants and learning to deal with emotional distress. Common asthma-provoking allergens include sugar, banana, eggs, carbonated drinks, orange squash, fried food, ice cream, dairy products, white pasta, salt, preservatives, chemicals, drugs, dust, mites, pets, environmental pollutants, smoking, food additives, MSG, fumes and tobacco smoke to name a few. At least 75% of your diet should consist of raw fruits (orange, grapefruit, etc.), vegetables, oily fish, whole grains, raw nuts (not roasted), seeds and greens. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Avoid asthma causing emotional stimuli such as anger, anxiety and depression.
