Useful in backache, frozen shoulder, sprains, sciatica, muscular pains, muscular cramps, muscles under stress and strain, swelling and stiffness of joints and other musculoskeletal affections.

• Myristica fragrans [Mace] (Jawitri) 0.5 gm.
• Saussurea lappa (Kut) 0.5 gm.
• Taxus baccata (Sugandh) 0.5 gm.
• Colchicum luteum (Suranjan Kadwa) 0.5 gm.
• Curcuma amada (Amba Haldi) 1.0 gm
• Curcuma longa (Haldi) 1.0 gm.
• Myristica fragrans [Nutmeg] (Jaiphal) 1.0 gm
• Nardostachys jatamansi (Jatamansi) 2.5 gm
• Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Dalchini) 2.5 gm
• Zingiber zerumbet (Kachura) 2.5 gm
• Onosma echioides (Ratanjot) 2.5 gm
• Santalum album (Safed Chandan) 3.0 gm.
• Sesame Oil (Tilli) q.s.

Indications

Backache, cervical spondylitis, fibrositis, frozen shoulder, gonalgia, gout, low back pain, lumbago, muscular rheumatism, muscular cramps and pains, myalgia, myositis, osteoarthritis, rheumatic and rheumatoid arthritis, tennis/golfers' elbow, sciatica, sports injuries, sprains and tendinitis.

Apply 2 or 3 times a day on the affected area and massage slowly till the oil is absorbed.
